On a recent trip to NYC, I stopped at a Sephora on Fifth Avenue with my 10 year old daughter, because she was desperate for a lip gloss. As we hunted around dabbing color samples all over our hands, I discovered a new gloss, by a new brand (to me), and it was love at first sight.
This lipgloss has absolutely everything going for it. The brand makes only all natural products, it comes in a ton of lovely shades, it feels and tastes amazing (not at all sticky, and yes, it is splendidly yummy), and finally it stays on longer than most gloss.
Korres is sold exclusively in North America at Sephora. They are a proud Greek company that uses plants grown in Greece, and they manufacture all their products there too. Good for them!
The special treat for me is that each time I put it on it reminds me of my dear Greek friend Helen, who I miss because she died too young, and while she was alive was the embodiment of all things feminine. She taught me valuable things in the short time we shared. I dream she would be proud of my choice, and it makes me smile.
